Yuki and the tori brothers I really like the linework on this, the sort of fuzzy quality is interesting! The birds and character design are neat too, it's got kind of a swing feel to it.
His face could use a little work, it's kind of difficult to tell what angle it's sitting at. If that's his nose jutting out on the side, his eye would be much closer to the bridge and the mouth would be closer to the side. Make sure to study real life examples, even if you're drawing cartoons. It really helps!
